Yes. First Steps is gentle and focuses on breathing, rib mobility, pelvic floor reconnection, core awareness, and soft movement.


If you have pain, heavy bleeding, prolapse symptoms, or medical concerns, check with your doctor, midwife, or pelvic floor physiotherapist first.

Is this a workout program?

Not in the early stage.

First Steps is intentional healing movement, not workouts. Later, you can progress into structured postpartum strength inside the studio.

Is this safe if I have diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues?

Mama Mudra Studio is built with diastasis recti and pelvic floor awareness in mind.
